Toyota is compounding it's mistakes
Why are the owners of Toyota's confused as the headlines are screaming today? They got caught using a supplier providing defective parts to save a few bucks. This is certainly nothing new.Toyota is now butchering their attempt at public relations damage control by sending the re-engineered parts to their factories instead of the dealers.Aren't the customers with the affected vehicles at the dealers awaiting parts?Yes,of course, but those cars have already been sold. The cars sitting at the factories have not been and therefore take precedence in bean-counter world. They need to get the hold on new car sales removed asap so as to not lose anymore market share to GM.Not so hard to figure out.Sales trumps safety.More to come...
